“Target GR8CONF Hackathon”
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Target GR8CONF Hackathon ("Contest") is governed by these Official Contest Rules. Contest begins on July 21, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) and ends at 10:00 p.m. CDT (“Contest Period”). The Sponsor of the Contest is Target Enterprise, Inc. ("Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to GR8CONF conference attendees who registered before 5:00 p.m. CDT on July 17, 2013, and are 13 years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors of Target Enterprise (“Target”) and its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, web masters/suppliers, and their IRS dependents and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and individuals residing in their same household, (whether or not related) may participate, but are NOT eligible to win a prize. By participating, contestants (and contestant’s parent/legal guardian if contestant is a minor) agree to these Official Rules. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply. Contestant must be present to win.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, contestant must submit the URL of their GitHub repository on the GR8CONF.ChallengePost.com website. All entries will consist of a publically accessible GitHub repository. All code written by contestants and submitted for judging must be licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 -- http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0. All entries must use at least one of the following GR8 technologies:

Contestants may enter as an individual, or enter with another contestant as a team. Teams are limited to no more than two (2) contestants. In the event a team wins a prize, the prize amount will be shared equally. Entries that comply with these Official Rules will be deemed “Eligible Entries” and will be included in the judging phase.
JUDGING CRITERIA: Winning entries will be selected from among all Eligible Entries received. The prize winners will be selected based on the following judging criteria, which will be equally weighted: creativity, APIs used, and potential relevance to Target guests. The judging of entries will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to winner selection. In the event of a tie, the tied contestants will be re-judged by an additional judge who will serve as a tie-breaker using the same criteria as outlined herein.
PRIZES: First Prize (1): $500 Target GiftCard®. Second Prize (1): $400 Target GiftCard. Third Prize (1): $300 Target GiftCard. Fourth Prize (1): $200 Target GiftCard. Fifth Prize (1): $100 Target GiftCard. Gift card may be redeemed at any Target retail location or at Target.com. Gift card can only be used for future purchases at Target retail locations or for online purchases at Target.com but cannot be used to pay already established credit balances. Gift card may be used to pay online shipping charges, gift wrap, and/or taxes on purchases; and any remaining balance after any use will remain on the gift card. If a winner is not present, or if winner cannot accept prize as stated in these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner selected. Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $1,500. Sponsor will notify winner and deliver prize at the GR8CONF Conference on/about July 23, 2013. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS: Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or non-delivered entries or e-mail; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Contest or otherwise attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to contestants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, and select the winner from eligible entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, and assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use of this website. In case of dispute, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the contestant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
In no event will Sponsor or its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, representative and agents be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to and use of the website or downloading from and/or printed material downloaded from said website. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on this website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
